Terms and privacy

How ordering, delivery, returns and your data work in our store. 13 short points.

1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms govern sales contracts made between the seller and the buyer in the online store. The buyer may be a private individual (consumer) or a company.

Matters not covered here are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, in particular the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS) and the Consumer Protection Act.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

3. Ordering and contract

Pick the product and colour, add it to the cart, choose delivery and pay. You see a summary with the final price before paying.

The contract is concluded when the payment has been received. We send an order confirmation by email.

If we cannot make the product (for example, a material has run out), we let you know by email and refund the payment in full within 14 days.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery is added on top and shown before you pay.

Delivery to a parcel locker costs €3.90. Orders from €60 ship free.

The price shown in the store at the time of ordering applies. If a price is obviously wrong, we contact you before printing.

5. Payment

You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

Payment takes place on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Your card details never reach us and are not stored on our servers.

The invoice is sent with the order confirmation by email.

6. Delivery

Every product is printed to order. Printing, finishing and packing take up to 3 working days from receipt of payment.

We ship to parcel lockers across Estonia. Transit time depends on the carrier, usually 1–3 working days after dispatch. You get a text when the parcel is in the locker.

We currently deliver within Estonia only.

7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel without giving a reason (VÕS § 56).

To withdraw, email [email protected] within 14 days and send the product back within 14 days of your notice. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

The product must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging where possible. If its value has diminished through handling beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

We refund the payment, including the original delivery fee, within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the same payment method. We may hold the refund until the product has reached us or you have shown that you sent it back.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or personalised, for example a keyring with a name or a colour or size changed on request (VÕS § 53 (4) 2)).

8. Defects and complaints

We are liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent to a consumer within two years of delivery (VÕS § 218 (2)). A defect that appears within the first year is presumed to have existed at delivery.

If you find a defect, email [email protected] within two months: include the order number, a description and a photo. We reply within 15 days at the latest.

We repair or replace a defective product. If that is not possible, we refund. For a justified complaint we cover the return costs.

3D-printed products show faint layer lines and the colour shade may vary slightly between batches. This is inherent to the technology and not a defect.

9. Liability

The products are intended for normal household use. PLA does not tolerate heat: keep products out of direct sun and hot cars, and do not put them in the dishwasher.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, mounting or care, nor, in the case of the wall hook, for the load-bearing capacity of the surface it is fixed to.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or harm to a consumer’s health).

10. Disputes

If you have a complaint, write to us first at [email protected]. We aim to settle it by agreement.

If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn). The procedure is free of charge for the consumer.

A consumer living in another EU country can get help from the European Consumer Centre. Disputes are settled under Estonian law in Harju County Court, unless the law provides otherwise.

11. Privacy

The controller of your personal data is Draftyard OÜ ([email protected]). We process only the data we need to fulfil your order or to reply to you.

  • Order data: name, email, phone, address, parcel locker, the products ordered and the amount. Basis: performance of the contract. Kept for 7 years as required by the Estonian Accounting Act.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) under its own privacy policy. We receive only the payment status, the amount, the card type and its last four digits.
  • Delivery: we pass your name, phone number and chosen locker to the carrier (Omniva) so the parcel can be delivered.
  • Contact form: name, email and message. Kept for up to one year after the conversation ends.

We use no analytics, advertising networks or profiling. We do not sell or share data with third parties other than as described above. The website is hosted on a server in Estonia.

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

12. Cookies

We use no cookies or tracking tools.

The store keeps only what is strictly necessary in your browser’s local storage: the contents of the cart, your language choice and any message waiting to be sent while offline. This data stays on your device and reaches us only when you place an order.

Stripe’s checkout page uses its own cookies to secure the payment, under Stripe’s terms.

13. Updates

We may change these terms. A new version applies from its publication in the store; an order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.

The current version, with its date, is always on this page.
